Strengthened monasteries locking buildings around an Orthodox Church with walls completely covered with frescoes, inside as outside. Under the wide overflowing roof, the paintings preserved well since 2 or 3 centuries represent religious scenes and historic or imaginary events.

| Numerous orthodox monasteries are distributed in Bucovina, with more or less well preserved frescoes. But not being too fond of excessive religiosity nor tourist destinations, I have not go to see all of them, but I could not either avoid some visits. Places of the most peaceful however except the hours of the middle of day. | |||
