Churches, Cruceiros, Petos of Ánima

Photos of cruceiros (details) In continuous projection Cruceiros shows Jesus on the cross and Marie on the other face, but sometimes the column and\or the pedestal are sculptured with scenes of religious inspiration where expresses itself the often artless art of anonymous artists.	The faith of these peoples expresses itself in the architecture of the numerous churches but especially in the more humble buildings: the petos de ánima which are small chapels spread along roads, which one decorates with flowers and where one can say a prayer and the numerous cruceiros, crosses set up around churches, in the centre of villages, between roads.
